Dr. Merchant considers it a privilege to listen to patients, develop surgical plans, and perform procedures that improve patients’ lives. She completed fellowship training in endocrine surgery at the Yale School of Medicine, which allows her to offer a large breadth and depth of complex endocrine surgical procedures. Dr. Merchant performs surgery at Novant Health and Atrium Health facilities. She sees patients in our Center City Charlotte office and welcomes new patients in Charlotte and the surrounding communities.
