Dr. Mark Kuzich, DO, FACOS, is a board-certified general surgeon and surgical critical care specialist with expertise in trauma, emergency general surgery, and critical care. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed his General Surgery residency at McLaren Macomb Hospital, and completed a Surgical Critical Care fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital.
Prior to joining Surgical Specialists of Charlotte, Dr. Kuzich held clinical and leadership positions at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, and Providence St. John’s Health System. He also serves as a Clinical Instructor for the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and remains actively involved in surgical education and research.
